Introduction

Welcome to the legal hub for Sonata Interactive and The Nexus Browser Project. We believe in keeping things transparent, straightforward, and easy to understand. We aren't here to bury you in corporate jargon; we just need to lay down the ground rules for using our stuff.

By playing our games, using our browsers, joining our Discord servers, or interacting with any of our projects, you agree to the policies outlined on this page. If you don't agree with them, that's fine—but you can't use our services.

What We Do

These policies apply to all current and future projects under the Sonata Interactive umbrella, which primarily include:

Roblox Games & Products (Primary) Games, assets, and tools built on the Roblox platform.
Browsers & Browser Utilities The Nexus Browser Project and associated extensions/tools.
Discord Servers Official community hubs, support servers, and bot integrations.
Other Small-Scale Projects Various web, computer, or gaming-related utilities we develop.

Account Termination & Ban Policy

We take the security and integrity of our communities and software very seriously.

Sonata Interactive reserves the right to ban, terminate, or disable anyone's account for any reason via Discord, Roblox, and/or any other external sources by any means.

If you break our rules, disrupt our communities, or attempt to compromise our projects, you will be removed. Our methods of enforcement include—but are not strictly limited to:

HWID Bans
Mococo Database Bans
Roblox API Bans (Roblox-IP)
Discord Bans
Double Counter (Alt & VPN rejector)

Warning Regarding Circumvention

Attempting to bypass our bans is a direct violation of our infrastructure policies. Circumventing our methods of filtering may lead to further legal action against you or your party. Do not test this.

Infrastructure & Security

Do not attack our infrastructure. Period.

This includes, but is not limited to: DDoS attacks against our web hosting, memory injection or packet sniffing within our Roblox games, database scraping, and attempting to distribute malware disguised as the Nexus Browser.

If you attempt to compromise, disrupt, or exploit our systems, you will not just be banned. We will actively report your IP address, ISP, and activity logs to the relevant authorities and server hosts. We do not tolerate malicious cyber activity against our entity.

Real-World Threats & Doxxing

Sonata Interactive operates with a strict zero-tolerance policy for real-world threats.

Doxxing (distributing someone's personal or private information), swatting, or issuing direct, real-world threats against our staff, developers, or community members is strictly forbidden. This is not a game.

Engaging in these activities will result in an immediate, unappealable permanent blacklist from every service we operate. Furthermore, we will preserve all chat logs and metadata associated with the incident and forward them directly to law enforcement.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy, but running modern games and browsers requires data routing. Here is what you need to know:

1. The Nexus Browser Project

Nexus is built for speed, utility, and absolute privacy. We do not collect anything. Your search history, browsing habits, and keystrokes are completely yours. All data generated by your browsing experience is stored strictly locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third parties.

2. Roblox Games & Databases

To save your progress, manage economies, and enforce bans (see our Mococo database and API ban tools), we store your Roblox User ID and in-game activity metrics. This data is kept secure and is never used outside the context of Sonata Interactive operations.

3. Third-Party Services

We utilize third-party services like Discord and Double Counter to manage our communities. When interacting with these services, you are also bound by their respective privacy policies. We do not control how Discord handles your data, but we do use the tools they provide to keep our spaces secure.

User Conduct

Whether you're in a Sonata Roblox game, using the Nexus browser, or chatting in our Discord, don't be a problem. We expect basic decency.

No Exploiting or Cheating: Using external software, scripts, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage in our games will result in an immediate, permanent ban across all our platforms.
No Malicious Code: Do not attempt to inject code, scrape our databases, or reverse-engineer the Nexus Browser to find security exploits for malicious use. (Bug bounties and responsible disclosure are welcome—just contact us directly first).
Community Behavior: Harassment, doxxing, severe toxicity, and illegal content are strictly prohibited. We will use Double Counter and our Discord ban systems to remove you instantly.

Intellectual Property & Attribution

All code, designs, assets, logos, and game mechanics associated with Sonata Interactive and The Nexus Browser Project belong to us unless otherwise stated.

Originality & Crediting Requirements

Sonata Interactive prides itself on being original. Any work made by Sonata Interactive must be credited. This includes web hosting, freely released works, publicly accessible materials (rules, documents, etc.), and other miscellaneous products.

Work inspired by Sonata Interactive is requested to give credit, but never required unless using our work.

Commissioned Work Policy

Work commissioned for Sonata Interactive is not to be released, leaked, shared, used in your own projects (unless requested or not a direct commission), or archived.

Our entity can and will pursue legal action in the event of a breach.

Virtual Purchases Policy

This policy applies to all transactions made within Sonata Interactive's Roblox games or any future digital storefronts we operate.

No Real-World Value: Virtual items, in-game currency, and game passes hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency.
All Sales Are Final: We do not offer refunds for digital goods. If you are banned or your account is terminated due to a violation of our User Conduct or Ban Policy, you forfeit access to all purchased virtual items without compensation.

User-Generated Content Policy

When you submit, post, or create content within our services (including Discord messages, game builds, or forum posts), you are subject to the following requirements:

Rights and Licensing: By submitting content to Sonata Interactive platforms, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, moderate, or utilize that content within the context of our services.
Content Liability: You are solely responsible for the content you generate. Do not upload copyrighted material you do not own, or material that violates external platform Terms of Service (such as Roblox Community Standards or Discord Guidelines).

Liability & Disclaimers

Because we develop desktop software (Nexus Browser) alongside games, it is required that you acknowledge the following technical disclaimers:

"As-Is" Software: The Nexus Browser and all Sonata Interactive games are provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or completely bug-free software.
Limitation of Liability: Sonata Interactive is not liable for data loss, hardware issues, or other damages arising from the use of our experimental software or browser utilities. You install and utilize our tools at your own discretion.
